The Sales Academy

Master the craft.
Command the room.

A complete, self-paced curriculum in how B2B sales, account management and the AE role actually work — written from first principles for people with no sales experience, and specialised in UK life sciences and health tech.

16modules
79micro-lessons
365questions
283flashcards
48role-plays
47templates

About 9.5 hours of reading. Begin with one complimentary foundation module, then choose the smallest route that serves the outcome you need.

  • Checkpoints that gate

A section stays shut until you can answer it, so you cannot skim to the end and call it read.

  • Spaced repetition

Cards you fumble come back sooner. The schedule is kept per item, not per module.

  • Drills you answer aloud

Role-plays and scenarios written to be spoken, then checked — because that is how the job is done.

  • An interview protocol

Name the stage you are at and get the checklist and cheat sheets for that stage alone.

How it works

The same loop on every module.

  1. Read

A module runs about 36 minutes and teaches from first principles, with checkpoint questions you have to clear before the next section unlocks.

  2. Drill

The trainer runs flashcards on spaced repetition, so due cards concentrate on what you fumble; re-take each module quiz until you are comfortably above 80%.

  3. Produce

Write the module’s exercise from the learning plan, then answer two of its interview questions out loud, timed.

  4. Rehearse

When an interview lands, run the cram protocol for that stage and re-read the cheat sheets the night before.
